I often teach cello lessons from the piano bench and accompany my students. I wish the piano accompaniment books contained all the fingerings that the cello book does. It's annoying that I can't follow along well without both the accompaniment book and the cello solo books on my stand at the same time. The violin and viola accompaniment books have all the fingerings, I don't understand why the cello books do not.
